All of our products are made from eczema-friendly organic bamboo — for ultimate softness, breathability and sustainability. Our bamboo fabric is designed to be very light to combat overheating especially with eczema skin.

The mittens on our anti-scratch pieces are made from super soft organic mulberry silk, designed to be extra gentle on your little one’s sensitive skin and allow their skin to heal.

Both fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 10 Certified, which means they’re free from chemicals and pesticides.

All of our items are made from fabrics that are super soft and kind on sensitive skin — but that also means they’re quite delicate and can be prone to pilling. Pilling is caused by rubbing/ friction
against the fabric.

Cold hand wash with gentle detergent is the gold standard when it comes to minimising piling.

But we all know how life gets. So if you don’t have time to hand wash, simply do up the zip, turn it inside out, pop them in a delicates bag and pick a gentle cycle.

Keep them away from hardware, velcro and bleach.

We know what it's like to have a itchy baby that won't stop scratching. Even turning your back on them for a few seconds and coming back to broken bloody skin!

Our scratch mitten range is designed to stop your little one damaging their skin from incessant scratching , giving their skin a chance to heal. Conveniently fold open mittens, ready for play.

Keep nails short under the mittens is very important to reduce scratching abrasion – try file nails every day or every other day as short as possible.
Also ordering the correct size is important – if the sleeves are too
oversized, it increases more risk of skin damage.

Simply email us at hello@bambae.com.au (or by replying to your order confirmation email), with your order number, order confirmation and reason for return.

We’ll respond via email to confirm and let you know the return address.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
